He was predeceased by: his parents, Jim Decker and Gladys Decker (Lane); and his siblings, Floyd Wayne Decker, Pearl Mallet, Edith Bray and Ann Barnes.
He is survived by: his sons, Joseph Decker Jr. of McCurtain and Michael Decker of McCurtain; his grandsons, Cody, Blake, Lucas and Clinton; his siblings, George Decker of Dallas, Jimmy Decker of Beggs, Oklahoma and Ruth Decker of Claremore, Oklahoma; and the mother of his children Edna Decker. He is also survived by 2 great grandchildren, numerous nieces & nephews.
