Hendrix of McCurtain, Oklahoma; her siblings, Billy Allen, Maxine McCullar and Carolyn Mueller; her children, Sarah, Heath Parks of Poteau, Aaron, Katie Hendrix of San Antonio, Candice and John Kyllingstad of McCurtain, Oklahoma; and her grandchildren, Tyler, Jamie Davis of Collinsville, Jessi Parks of Collinsville, James Thompson, Cole Thompson, Patience Thompson of McCurtain, Annabelle Hendrix of San Antonio and Ledger Kyllingstad of McCurtain. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, other relatives.
