She was predeceased by: her father Jessie Leon Coffman; her sister Debbie Coffman Gilbert; and her husband Chuck Madison. She is survived by: her mother Mary Nell Hawkins of Idabel; her brother Winfred Coffman; her sister-in-law Jan Coffman of Jonesboro, Louisiana; her niece Stefani Cooper of Jonesboro; and her great-niece Malynn Cooper of Jonesboro. She is also survived by numerous cousins, other relatives and friends.
