He was predeceased by: his father Hollis Wade White, Sr; and his siblings, Virgil Ray White and Nancy Kay Alford. He is survived by: his mother Ruby Bell Barrett (White) of Broken Bow; his sons, William Wade White, Jetta White of Idabel and Michael Lee White; his siblings, Joe White of Holly Creek, Linda Phillips of Broken Bow, Margaret Manuel of Holly Creek, Phyllis Hughes of DeQueen, Helen Phillips, George Phillips of Antlers and Joyce Phillips; his grandchildren, Laci Dickey, Chance, Blaine White, Anna, Dakota White and Brett White; his great grandchildren, Gary Dickey, Alex Dickey, Alya Dickey, Kaceyann Smith and Tinley White; and also Melinda of Holly Creek.
