He was predeceased by: his brother Dale Batson. He is survived by: his children, Rick Batson (Karen) of Idabel, OK and Charles Batson (Jeanie) of Ft; and his stepchildren, Jim Brinkley (Cheryl) of Shinewell, OK, Kelvin Brinkley of Cerro Gordo, OK, Calvin Brinkley of Tallahassee, FL, Fred Brinkley (Judy) of DeKalb, TX and Patricia Seagraves (John) of Shinewell, OK. He is also survived by twelve grandchildren; twenty three great-grandchildren; three great-great-grandchildren; a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
