He was predeceased by: his parents, Elige Shirey and Isabel Shirey; his siblings, Gerald Shirey and Wyota King; and his grandsons, Coty Tidmore and Ryker Shirey.
He is survived by: his wife Juannie Shirey; his children, Gary Lynn Shirey (Sonya), Bruce Shirey of Holly Creek, OK and LeAnn Taylor (Mike); and his grandchildren, Judson Shirey, Cutler Shirey, Erica, Daylon Taylor and Ryver Shirey. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
