He is survived by: his wife Joyce Westbrook; his sons, Michael (Dayna) of Broken Bow and David (Michelle) of Broken Bow; his sister Linda Strawn of Idabel, OK; his grandchildren, Marli Gibson (Randon) of Oklahoma City, OK, Amanda Collier (Brian) of Amarillo, TX, Chelsey Derrick (Lance) of Naples, TX, Carrie Sorrels (Blake) of Grovetown, GA and Michaela Westbrook of Durant, OK; and his great grandchildren, Landon Derrick, Logan Derrick, Madie Sorrels, Charlotte Sorrels, Olivia Sorrels and Kendyn Gibson.
