Threadgill of Wright City, Angelina Moy of Spokane and Danny Robinson of Spokane; his grandchildren, Braylen, Braileigh, Brylon Threadgill of Wright City, Daemon Lee Lewis and Aeden Vincent Moy of Spokane; and his siblings, Parnell Polk (Jackie) of Eagletown, Ida Chorsey Byrd of Idabel, Mack Lois Polk of Broken Bow, Angie Lewis of Anna, Irish Owens of Idabel, Tony Owens of Kansas City, Velma Lewis of Broken Bow, Billy, Michael, Willie Lewis of Anchorage and Elliot Lewis (Seana) of New Jersey. He is also survived by nieces, nephews and cousins.
