He is survived by: his wife Mary Francis Cunningham; his children, David Scarberry of Lane, OK, Cindy Applegate of Bonnerdale, AR, Marilyn Ashlock of Lane, OK and Nett Wright of Wilson, OK; his brother Wayne Cunningham (Evelyn) of Rufe, OK; and his sister-in-law Mindi Westbrook. He is also survived by 10 grandchildren; numerous great grandchildren; 3 nieces and 6 nephews.
