She was predeceased by: her parents, Hubert Carter and Irene Carter (Harris); and her siblings, Curtis Carter, Johnny Lee Carter, Billy Joe Carter and Imogene Carter.
She is survived by: her husband Charles Killian; her siblings, Kenneth Carter of Valliant, OK, Louis Wayne Carter of Decatur, TX and Margarette Graham of Garvin, OK; and her stepchildren, Mandy, Brandy, Toby and Delisa Belew. She is also survived by 8 step grandchildren; along with a host of nieces, nephews, other family and friends.
Visitation was held on Monday, February 10th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Miller and Miller Funeral Home - Valliant (201 East Wilson St, Valliant, OK 74764). A funeral service was held on Tuesday, February 11th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location. A burial was held on Tuesday, February 11th 2025 at the Forest Hill Cemetery.
