He is survived by: his wife Carolyn Johnson (Beene); his children, Dale Woodrow Johnson, III (Brandi) of Malvern, AR, Chad Hurley of Muskogee, OK, Dionne Frankum (Kelly) of Valliant, OK, Melissa Brown of Guthrie, OK and Melanie Roussel of Plano, TX; his grandchildren, Dakota Caho, Kaila Pitts, Cole Johnson, Destiny Caho, Kelsey Hamilton, Layne Johnson, Jessie Allensworth, Brown of Missouri and Lauren Vickson; and his sisters, JoAnn Vermillion of McAlester, OK, Margie Vermillion of Paris, TX and Terry Sanders of Howe, OK. He is also survived by eight great grand children.
