He was predeceased by: his parents, John Treadway Jr. and Opal Inez Treadway (Wright); and his brother Terry Treadway. He is survived by: his wife Glenda Treadway; his daughters, Sheila Falconer (David) of Tom Bean and Holly Hinton (David) of McCurtain; his grandchildren, Scarlett, Heidi, Rachel and Paul; his great grandchildren, Braxton, Hudson and Everliegh; and his sisters, Carolyn Lovell of McCurtain, Betty Chase of Muldrow and Debra Stephens (Bobby) of Cameron. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
