She is survived by: her mother Margaret Ann Caldwell (Payne) of Millerton, OK; her husband John Chapman of Millerton, OK; her children, Christopher Lee Sands of Valliant, OK, Michael Ryan Sands of Oklahoma City, OK and Ashley Nichole Sands (Austin King) of Springfield, MO; her brothers, Jesse Shane Caldwell of Valliant, OK and Jason Scott Caldwell of Valliant, OK; and her nieces and nephews, Johnathan Caldwell, Alison Gomez, Lauren Caldwell and Jared Caldwell.
