He was predeceased by: his mother Della Marie Duckworth (Short); his birth father Ray Kimbrell; his stepfather Paul Duckworth; and his father-in-law Gene Bullard. He is survived by: his wife Kathy J. Duckworth; his grandsons, Payton Gene Duckworth and Cayson Lyn Duckworth; his children, Tyler Gene Golden-Duckworth of Sams Point, Charlie "Bo" Golden of McAlester, Jerry Don Golden of Pennsylvania, Mary Lands of McAlester, Mona Thomason of McAlester, Angela Murphy of Texas and Scott Duckworth of Texas; his mother-in-law Barbara Bullard of Alderson; and his sisters-in-law, Kay Scott (Tommy) of Bache, Karen Wagnon of Quinton, Karole Hennesse of Tennessee and Karla Johnson of Bache. He is also survived by 23 grandchildren, numerous other family members and friends.
