She is survived by: her daughter Joyce Padilla of Sam's Point; her son-in-law Louis Padilla; her son Jim Staley of Sam's Point; her daughter-in-law Judy; her brother Leon Garr of Oklahoma City; her grandchildren, Jason Ballard of Canadian, Freedom Medina of McAlester, J. T, Ballard of Heavener, Jeremy Staley (Cassandra) of Sam's Point, Jon Staley of Sam's Point, Jessica Hobbs (Heath) of Enid, Joshua Padilla (Trisha) of Krebs, Jacob Padilla (Carly) of Krebs and Jared Padilla (Juillive) of Krebs; her great grandchildren, Leighton, Raylene, Melaya, Nathan, Kylee, Kaci, Kambree, Gracie, Hector, Mollee, Railian, Rylee, Gabe, Christian, Izabella, Jasper, Jamie, Maximilia, Archer, Journee, Nellie, Ryan and Nokose; and her great great grandchildren, Peyton and Katie Edith.
