He was predeceased by: his father Howard "Sam" Ragan; and his grandparents, Roy, Sr., Gertie Ragan, W. A. and Dolly Shipley.
He is survived by: his mother Wanda Ragan (Shipley); his wife Pam Ragan; his sons, Justin Ragan (Angel) and Shane Ragan (Wendy); his grandchildren, Lauri Chase (Stanton), J. W. Ragan and Bryce Ragan; his siblings, Kenny Ragan (Susie), Rodney Ragan (Michelle), Dee Dee Ragan-Ross, Kathy Grimes (Les) and Dana Ragan; and his aunt Lorene "Corky" Schumacher. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Thursday, November 21st 2024 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Brumley-Mills Funeral Home (1410 E Carl Albert Pkwy, McAlester, OK 74501). A funeral service will be held on Friday, November 22nd 2024 at 10:00 AM at the First Free Will Baptist Church of McAlester (500 E Lincoln Ave, McAlester, OK 74501).
