He is survived by: his wife Flo Smith (Blann); his daughters, Terri Slosser (Dean) of McAlester and Stephanie Smith (Tom); his grandchildren, Mitchell Smith of Houston, Kellie Munroe (Marc) of Houston, Autumn Briceno (Victor) of Carrollton and Andrea Worth (Mark) of Minneapolis, Minnesota; his great grandchildren, Aila Munroe and Emma Briceno; his sister Connie Smith of McAlester, Oklahoma; his caregivers, Judy Taylor of McAlester, Oklahoma and Phyllis Martin of McAlester, Oklahoma; and his pets, Jake and Reggie. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews.
