He is survived by: his children, Chrystal Lusk of Hanford, California and Jeremy; his daughter-in-law Milani Lusk of Hanford, California; his grandchildren, Dylan, Drake, Emma, Danica, Daytona and Milli; his great grandchild Xxyla; his sister Linda; his brother-in-law Jack Cox; and his aunt Callie Choate. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.
