He was predeceased by: his father Gene Coffey; his son-in-law Thomas Clawson; his father-in-law James Glass; and his aunt Shirley Morrow. He is survived by: his mother Linda Coffey (Hudson) of Irving, Texas; his wife Gwendolyn Coffey; his children, James Brown of Stigler, Johnny Brown (Misty) of Fort Smith and Angela Clawson of Stilwell; his grandchildren, Kavin, James Jr., Adam, Ava, Aubri, Serenity and Breydon; his cousins, Adam Rice, Aaron Rice, Stephen Morrow, Jimmy Morrow and Marsha Newberry; and his aunt Norma Rice.
A celebration of life was held on Saturday, April 5th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Heaven Bound Freewill Baptist Church.
