He is survived by: his wife Rojeana Higgins (Green); his sons, Eric D. Higgins (Clarisa) of McAlester, Aaron L. Higgins (Eve) of Brady and Robert T. "Tommy" Mcferran Sr. of McAlester, Oklahoma; his grandchildren, Jessica Higgins, Don Higgins, Caroline Higgins, Bailey Higgins, Adam Verdadero, Wesley T. McFerran (Tiffany), Emily M. Patterson (Randy) and Robert T. "Tommy Boy" Mcferran Jr.; and his sister Donna G. Little. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and other family and friends.
