He was predeceased by: his father John L. Proctor; his granddaughter Kennedy Willson; and his sister Janell Kaufhardt. He is survived by: his mother Mozelle Proctor; his wife Eugenia Proctor; his children, Jennifer Ducharme (Danny), Lindsay Proctor of Billy, Colby Willson (Elizabeth), Paysann Proctor and Naleigh Proctor; his brothers-in-law, Franz Kaufhardt, Coy Jewell, Phill Jewell (Jean), Mike Jewell (Paula) and Billy Jewell (Sandy); and his nephew Trevor Matthews. He is also survived by 13 grandchildren and 8 great grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Monday, November 4th 2024 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Brumley-Mills Funeral Home (1410 E Carl Albert Pkwy, McAlester, OK 74501). A funeral service was held on Tuesday, November 5th 2024 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
