She was predeceased by: her father Pete Narach; her granddaughter Stormie Cheyanne Miller; her parents-in-law, Andy and Wanda Lackey; and her siblings-in-law, Jackie Marlow, Wayne Marlow and Kenneth Houser.
She is survived by: her husband Larry V. Lackey; her children, Tina Smith (Jackie), Angie Miller, Ronny Lackey of Addison, David Lackey and Keli of Longtown, Oklahoma; her grandchildren, Shalyn Trobaugh, Cobey, Sahara Smith, Cody Smith, Paige, Keegan Dickens and Reagan Dickens; her great grandchildren, Stormie Trobaugh, Blakely Smith, Casey Smith, Cody "June" Smith, Rylee Faulkner, Juleyin Faulkner, Wylee Dickens and Alex; her siblings-in-law, Kenny Lackey (Lesa), Terry Lackey (Melissa), Gayla Wingo (Jimmy) and Judy Houser; and her close friends, Anita Faulkner, Annabelle Faulkner and Kim Gross. She is also survived by brothers, sisters, numerous nieces, nephews, other family and friends.
