She was predeceased by: her parents, Issac Rowell and Ruby Rowell (Fritz); and her parents-in-law, Lem and Bertha Walters. She is survived by: her husband John Walters of McAlester; her children, Janet Sharp (Kevin) of McAlester and James Walters of McAlester; her grandchildren, Jason Walters (Myrtle) of McAlester, Julie Walters of Canadian, Josh Walters (Katie) of McAlester, Kyle Sharp (Jennifer) of McAlester and Kourtney Sharp of Krebs; her great grandchildren, Hunter Walters of McAlester, Jaxon Walters of McAlester, Quinn Walters of McAlester, Kale Sharp of McAlester, Kimber Holloway of Krebs, Rylee Holloway of Krebs and Lucian Walters of Canadian; her sisters, Lenora Edwards of McAlester and Ramona Copeland of McAlester; and her brothers-in-law, Leon Walters (Emma) of McAlester and Eddie Walters of Crowder. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, other family members and friends.
A graveside service was held on Thursday, November 7th 2024 at 10:00 AM at the Tannehill Cemetery (5200 Tannehill Rd, McAlester, OK 74501).
