Michael Wayne Thompson Obituary
With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Michael Wayne Thompson of McAlester, Oklahoma, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on January 17, 2025 at the age of 61. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Clifford Wayne and Geneva Thompson (Shneider); his son Christopher; his in-laws, Donnie Blackmon and Linda Willis; and his close friend Stausha Pearce.
He is survived by: his wife Debbie Blackmon; his former wife Jackie Litzell of Oklahoma; his son Jonathan; his brother Steve (Sherry); his stepsons, Brian Hutchinson and Justin Hutchinson; his friends, Lindsey Morris, Holden Mclead, Wade Maxey, Nicci Shatto of McAlester, Gerald Allen of Atoka, Crystal Holley and Chris Willis; and his brother-in-law David Blackmon.
The military honors was held on Friday, January 24th 2025 at 10:00 AM at 1423 Cemetery Rd, Fort Gibson, OK 74434.
