He was predeceased by: his parents, Huber Dick and Carol Lewis (Borge). He is survived by: his children, Patrick Lewis (Angela) of McAlester, Jennifer Lewis and Holly Potter (Michael) of Georgia; his grandchildren, Aubrey Lewis, Landon Lewis, Lila Potter and Max Potter; and his siblings, Marilyn Murphy of Colorado, Steve Lewis (Vicki) of California, David Lewis of California and Karen Hartung (John) of California. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, other family members, and friends.
