He was predeceased by: his parents, Larry Horn and Shirley Diane Horn (Armstrong); his granddaughter Roxanne Scherdein; and his uncle Keith Horn. He is survived by: his children, Samantha Horn of Eufaula, OK, Katelynn Horn, Brycen Overton of McAlester, Cody Horn of McAlester, OK and Aspen Rivers of McAlester, OK; his grandchildren, Asher Scherdein, Lynnix Overton, Dawson Overton and Porter Overton; his sister Montie Koehn-Sill; his cousins, Brent Horn, Brad Horn, Bryan Horn, Tim Lane, Johnathan Horn and Tanner (Faith Horn); his aunt Bobbie Horn; his uncle Danny Horn (Karen); and the mothers of children, Stephanie Cottrell and Heather Horn. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives, and host of dear friends.

Visitation was held on Tuesday, April 8th 2025 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Brown's Funeral Chapel (718 W 13th St, Atoka, OK 74525).
