He was predeceased by: his parents, Louis Perry and Myrtle Perry (Hayes); his wife Ruth Bowen; his brothers-in-law, Virgil Bowen, Ronnie Bowen Sr. and Edwin Bowen; and his parents-in-law, Willis and Oral Bowen.
He is survived by: his children, Warren Perry of Keifer and Terry; his son-in-law Vernon Jenkins of Broken Arrow; his grandchildren, Landy Pilkerton (Tony), Jason McElyea, Jenny Thai (Mark), Julie McElyea, David Perry (Kaitlyn), Warren Perry (Taylor), Edward Perry, Stasea Perry and Terren Perry; and his siblings, Eugene Perry (Linda), William Perry (Sharon), Jerry Perry (Barbara), Mary Hyde (Stanley) and Diana Jernigen (Ralph). He is also survived by 16 great-grandchildren and several nieces & nephews.
