She was predeceased by: her parents, Otis James Buckner and Charlie Frances Buckner (Self); her husband Johnny Lee Snow; her brothers, Lee James Buckner and Michael Don Buckner; and her nephew Gregg Buckner.
She is survived by: her daughter Jennifer (Ronnie Hiser) of Checotah, Oklahoma; her grandchildren, Kaelyn (Christian Nelson) of Van Buren, Arkansas, Kamryn (Allen Gorby) of Eufaula, Oklahoma and Karson (Molly Hiser) of Checotah, Oklahoma; her great grandchildren, Sophie, Finn, Hesston and Stetson; and her sisters-in-law, Carolyn Buckner and Nina Buckner. She is also survived by grandchildren and bonus great-grandchildren along with numerous cousins, nieces, nephews, great-nieces, and great-nephews.
Viewing was held on Monday, January 6th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM and on Tuesday, January 7th 2025 from 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM at the Bishop Funeral Service and Crematory (110 S 3rd St, McAlester, OK 74501). A funeral service was held on Wednesday, January 8th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 3:30 PM at the Bishop Chapel of Memories (110 S 3rd St, McAlester, OK 74501).
She was a proud member of the Red Hat Society, a volunteer-nurse for the Arrowhead Estates Fire Department, generous in all that she did; passionate about donating toward many charities and foundations close to her heart, all of these reflecting her deep-rooted values.
