He was predeceased by: his parents, Calvin Lee and Wanda Lea Fox (Smith); and his sisters, Patty Ladaga and Mary Deffenbaugh. He is survived by: his sisters, Audra Martin (James) of McAlester, Lynn Ramsay (Chuck) of California and Karen Barnes (Llloyd) of California; and his stepson Eric Leonard of Idaho. He is also survived by numerous other family members and friends.
