With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Karen Traweek (McAlester, Oklahoma), who passed away on March 31, 2019 at the age of 57. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Clemouth Story and Merle Story; and her son Derek Michael Traweek. She is survived by: her husband Vann Traweek; her daughters, Amber Traweek of Bixby and Heather Traweek of McAlester; her grandchildren, Hunter Weiher, Ethan Carney, Savyn McKurter and Raelynn Traweek; her siblings, Timothy Story of Todd Story, Lisa Resch and Gina Young (Bruce); her father-in-law Mel Traweek; and her siblings-in-law, John Traweek of Jackson, Mississippi and Holli Connell (Doug) of Northport, Alabama. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews.
