He was predeceased by: his father Joseph Arnold Holt Sr.; and his sister Justene Morgan. He is survived by: his wife Susan Lynn Holt; his mother Jo Ann Holt of Adamson; his children, Jimmy Ward, Bonnie of Lone Grove, Brandi Ferguson (Mike) of Chickasha, Jana Holt and Colton Baker of Hartshorne; his grandchildren, Bailey, Reagan, Jett, Kady, J. R. and Blaklee; his brother-in-law Rick Morgan; and his brother Rodney Holt of Adamson. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews and other family and friends.
