He is survived by: his mother Carol Ann Budzinsky (Cox); his stepfather Daniel James; his siblings, Charolette Magill (Chip), Dana Keel and Chris Akin (Becky); his half-brother Evan Budzinsky; his nieces and nephews, Chris McMahan, Chelsea McMahan, William Magill, Philip Akin, Kristina Kass (Nick), Nicole Akin, Tiffani Sutterfield (Chuck), Chariti Johnson (Matt) and Logan James; his sister-in-law Raylene James; his grandmother Helen James; his uncles, Mike James, Monte Deere and Cecil Cox; his aunt Patsy Meyers; his cousin Peggy Cox; and his aunt Shirley Cox.
Visitation was held on Thursday, January 23rd 2025 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Chaney-Harkins Funeral Home (528 S 3rd St, McAlester, OK 74501). A funeral service was held on Friday, January 24th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
