He was predeceased by: his mother Alice McDaniel (Martin); his wife Pamela McDaniel; his son John Dale McDaniel; and his parent Thomas Jefferson. He is survived by: his children, Jeff (Sharon McDaniel) and Dusty (Clint Stapp); his grandchildren, Tommy Adkins, Sterling Stapp, Aimee James and Abigail Adkins; and his brothers, Glenn and Paul McDaniel.
