She is survived by: her parents, Keith Cook and Carolyn Cook Rose (Barnes); her children, Matthew, Caleb and Summer; her former husband Eddy Brooks; her sister Dena Hatcher (Erwin Knop); her cousins, Nathan Murray, Tanner and Hunter Cook; her parents-in-law, Ed and JoAnn Brooks; and her siblings-in-law, Zane, Charlotte Brooks, Rhonda and Danny Ledbetter.
