He was predeceased by: his parents, William Caldwell and Helen Caldwell; and his sister Kim Fuller. He is survived by: his wife Brenda Caldwell; his children, Cory Caldwell and Amber Caldwell; his grandchildren, P. J. Caldwell, Rainie Bennett, Arley Bennett and Nakotah Bennett; and his cousins, Kelly McCullough, Jon Crawford, Gary Crawford and Kristie Crawford Gaines.
