He is survived by: his mother Johnnie Lorada Cothern (Robertson); his wife Christi Cothern; his children, J. J. Buzidragis and Madison Mosby (Chris); his grandchildren, Axton Buzidragis and Creed Mosby; his siblings, Doug Cothern, Freda Kirkes, Rebecca Dixon (James) and Beth Broussard (Stoney); his siblings-in-law, Bryan Crow (Christina) and Allison Dixon (Daniel); and his mother-in-law Barbara Crow. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
