He was predeceased by: his parents, Michael Johnston and Cynthia Johnston; and his grandparents, Leon and Clarice Brazil. He is survived by: his son Jace Michael Johnston of McAlester; his siblings, Matthew Brown (Skylar) of McAlester and Brittany Chapman (Matt) of Quinton, His; his aunt Ginger Blankenship (Ronnie); his cousins, Brad, Karen Blankenship, Kevin and Sarah Blankenship; and his nephew Austin Ellenwood.
A memorial service will be held on Sunday, April 13th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Quinton First Church of God (108 Broadway St, Quinton, OK 74561).
