She was predeceased by: her parents, Willie Mac and Alberts Campbell (Ockletree); her husband Cornelius Carr; her sons, David Wayne Smith and Gary Eugene Smith; and her brother Harry Gene Campbell.
She is survived by: her children, Zalda Siggal, Terry L Campbell (Cathy), Dru Campbell, Janice Y. Smith, Darell Smith, Stacy L Carr (Misty) and Greg Scott; and her sister-in-law Essie L. Campbell. She is also survived by 13 grandchildren and numerous great grandchildren and great-great grandchildren.
