She was predeceased by: her parents, Carl C. Ballard and Hazel Ballard (Sands); her former husband John Bailey; her husband James Richardson; her former husband Elmer Witcher; her grandsons, Christopher Richardson and Brian Sager; and her daughter Lisa Canell.
She is survived by: her children, Deborah Sager of Scipio, James Richardson of McAlester, Carl Richardson of McAlester and Shana Fielder; and her sister Cathy Ballard. She is also survived by grandchildren; numerous great-grandchildren; and other family members and friends.
