Doug Hyden Obituary
With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Doug Hyden of McAlester, Oklahoma, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on December 30, 2024 at the age of 55. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Henry Hyden and Judy Jackson (Vaughn); his stepmother Rita Jane Hyden; his brother Robert Harrison (Geraldine); and his grandparents, Ernest, Rosie Hyden, Argie and Gladys Vaughn.
He is survived by: his wife Paula Jo Cross; his children, Hailey Kiefer (Tony) of McAlester, Christopher Moss (Rebecca) of Aurora, Colorado, Michael Hyden (Morgan) of McAlester and Matthew Hyden; his grandchildren, Anthony Kiefer of McAlester, Keeley Kiefer of McAlester, Malachi Hyden of McAlester and Mavric Hyden of McAlester; and his siblings, Kathleen Shew (Buddy) of Abernathy, Holly Stachmus (Darrell) of McAlester, Kerry Dailey of Krebs, Jennifer Taylor (Bill) of Rockwall, Texas and Andy Hyden of McAlester. He is also survived by cousins, nieces, nephews, other family members and friends.
