He is survived by: his sisters, Colleen Campbell (Otto Draper), Cathy Shaw (Brent Shaw), Cheryl Ballantine (Darrin Ballantine) and Claudette Westray; his spouse Tonja Jo Ellsworth (Godbey); his stepson Joshua McClain; and his pet Dollar.
