She is survived by: her husband James Bumphus; her daughter Wanda Bumphus of Atlanta; her siblings, Billie Washington of McAlester, Cherrie Bell (Robert) of San Diego, James Elmore (Gloria) of Kansas, Roy Elmore (Jackie) of Kansas, Herman Penix Jr. of Kansas and Jack Elmore of Kansas; her children, Sheila Bumphus, Ronda Bumphus of McAlester and Dewayne Bumphus of Oklahoma City; and her grandchildren, Erica, Eric, Marcus, Equilla, Gena, Makaya, Christopher, Christian, Mason, Taylor, Gracane, Noah, Isaiah and Dewayne. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, and many friends.
