She was predeceased by: her parents, R. P. "Speed" Brandenburg and Bernice Brandenburg; and her husband Dan. She is survived by: her son Daniel; her grandchildren, Hadley, Sutton, Raegan, Sonya, Dirk, Cassidy, Whitley and Megan; her great grandchildren, Samson, Magdalene, Lydia, Josiah and Sue; her children, Holly Cole Bristol (Randy) of Norman and Rowdy Cole (Sonya) of Payne; her granddaughter Rylea Cole (Cameron); and her sister JoLyn Melson (Carl) of Sulphur, OK.. She is also survived by many sisters and brothers-in-law, nieces, nephews, great nieces and nephews, bonus grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
