She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Estelle Putman Cook and James Leonard Cook; her husband William Warren Merritt (Sam); her siblings, Juanita Garrison and Harold Cook; her granddaughter Courtney Hilton; her daughters, Phyllis Ann White of Conroe, TX, Kay Wren Merritt of Los Angeles, CA and Donna Lou Wallace of Oklahoma City, OK.; her grandchildren, Shawn Tyler (Greg) of Derby, Shannon Leathers (Jon) of Edmond, OK, Whitney Gregory (Tom) of Spring, TX and Todd White (Dina) of Montgomery, TX.; and her brother J. W. Cook (Mary) of Norman, OK. She was also cherished by other nieces and nephews.
