She was predeceased by: her brother Charles Ray; her husband Kenneth Keith Phillips; her grandson Cameron Phillips; her parents, Conrad Phillips and Bessie Phillips; and her siblings, J. B., James (Wiggles), Charles Morton and Doris Albright.
She is survived by: her children, Phyllis Gaye (David Stinnett) of Maysville and Michael Phillips of Maysville; her grandchildren, Alissa Stinnett (Chad Thompson) of Kansas City, Brandon (May Stinnett), ODella (Brandon Keith) of Lindsay, Keitha (Alfred White) of Lindsay and Kaleigh Stinnett of Kansas City; and her great grandchildren, Henry, Caden Stinnett-Zerr, Taylor, Lillian Thompson, Katherine, Stella Moyer, Ava, Ella Keith, Gambit, Graylee, Kage and Creed White. She is also survived by family, she cared for her parents, her brothers, her in-laws, and her aunt.
