She was predeceased by: her father Herman McDade; and her siblings, Kay McDade, Ronnie McDade and Norman Oscar "Pudge" McDade. She is survived by: her mother Dorothy McDade (Cops) of Purcell; her son Johnny Keefer of Norman; and her brother Calvin McDade of Maysville.
