He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Elbert Collier Tracy and Alice Tracy (Kiser) of Virginia; his wife Patricia; his children, Danny Tracy of Champaign, Chris Tracy of Owasso and Leigh Ann Fields (Lindel Fields) of Tulsa; his grandchildren, Collier James Tracy and Eva Ann Fields; and his brothers, Dale Tracy (Judy) of Cheyenne and Ken Tracy (Peggy) of Tulsa. He was also cherished by numerous nieces and nephews.
