He was predeceased by: his parents, Hazel Mooney (Sattler) and Edward Mooney; and his daughter Ericka Lee Mooney-Cook. He is survived by: his wife Cathy Blair; his daughter Lagina (Brad Endsley) of Amarillo; his grandchildren, Lauren, Martina Endsley and Stetson Cook (Cathy Mooney) of Covington; and his brothers, Gene Mooney (Tamara) of Enid and Jimmy Casteel of Enid.
