She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parent Lesline Nelson; her children, Charles Byars, Clifton Byars, Christopher Byars (Kecia) and Marva; her sisters, Eather, Ruth and Carmen; her father Tom Nelson; her husband Charlie Byars; her son Carl Byars; her siblings, Wilmer Nelson (Bill) and Bernice Watson; and her grandson Austin Bryant. She was also cherished by grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces, nephews, cousins and special friends.
