It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Betty Jean Higgs (Marshall, Oklahoma), born in Lexington, Oklahoma, who passed away on March 20, 2019, at the age of 90, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was loved and cherished by many people including: her spouse Clarence Dave Higgs; her children, Elmer Spicer (Virginia), Oklahoma Martin Spicer (Beverly), Kentucky David Henry Spicer, Oklahoma Patricia Gillium, Husband Terry, Oklahoma Gus Spicer and Oklahoma Several; and her brother Willie Homer. She was also cherished by Several Great Grandchildren.
